About the event
Join your neighbors and bring your friends to make our public and private spaces beautiful, life-sustaining environments for all living creatures! Middletown Pollinator Pathway and the Middletown Garden Club invite you to a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the simple and effective method of winter sowing—an easy way to start native plants outdoors during the colder months. We’ll plant several containers using regionally appropriate native seeds. Each participant will leave with one or more planted containers ready to place outside all winter and transplant in spring. All materials are provided, it’s free, and beginners are welcome!
